3. DETAILED DRAWINGS

Having agreed with you the fine-tuning of layouts, the selection of materials and finishes, and finalised the design details we produce the working drawings and specifications. These drawings will include extensive information on every aspect of your building, from the outer shell to the fit-out of kitchen, bathrooms etc.

We will agree a list of contractors, and provide them with the drawings and specifications for competitive tender or negotiation . . .
