1. FEASIBILITY

Firstly we discuss your requirements in detail, and agree the brief.
We can then advise you on the need to obtain planning permission and listed building consent, and on the likely budget and timetable.

We will prepare sketch proposals for discussion with you and the Planning Authority.

Once our sketch designs are agreed in principle, we are ready to move ahead to Stage 2 .
