"I am equally comfortable designing in a contemporary or traditional style of architecture and believe that both approaches are valid within an historic context. I have a particular interest in vernacular domestic architecture of the Cotswolds and surrounding areas, including keeping alive traditional craftsmanship and skills such as stone masonry and the use of lime within traditional buildings. I also believe that new and existing buildings can and should incorporate sustainable technologies wherever possible."
