4. MANAGING YOUR PROJECT

Once we receive contractors’ prices we will review these with you, and manage the appointment of the chosen contractor and finalise the building contract.

During construction, the project architect will closely monitor progress, inspecting the work, and meeting regularly with the Contractor to discuss any issues or concerns that may arise.

When the project is complete, we will carry out a final inspection; and, with the assistance of the Quantity Surveyor, we will negotiate the final account. We will agree with the contractor any items which need to be rectified.
